We made it to Friday!! and the gorgeous weather has continued. I love fall time. We didn't have much of a spring this year so being able to wear light sweaters and a cute little scarf gets me so excited :)
Not to much going on this weekend for us. Tonight we are headed to a friends (and bridesmaid!!) house for a little engagement celebration for Bonnie, Matt, myself and Robby. Lindsey and Nate are so sweet and have invited us over to Lindsey's place for some dinner and drinks. Can't wait to spend time with great friends :)
Tomorrow morning Robby and I are running the Big Peach Fall 5 miler. This is a 5 mile race in Marietta that starts at 7:30am. I remember wanting to run this race last year but could not even imagine running 5 miles at that time. Now, 5 miles is like a quick little morning run for me. I would have never thought I would get to this point. It's a lot of fun and something Robby and I get to share together. Plus its a great way to get my exercise done for the day.
Sunday we have a baby shower for one of Robby's close friends from highschool (and groomsmen). I am looking forward to meeting his wife and celebrating their new little girl. That reminds me, I've got to run out to Baby's r us during my lunch break to get them a gift!! It's been so crazy this week we haven't had time to do this. Not to worry, it is in my planner and remember, I love to check things off, so it will happen :)
So this wedding planning has really gotten to me, for many reasons that I won't get into. Supposed to go dress shopping again on Saturday. We will see how that goes. Probably not the best, but I guess I have to do it, right? I am now trying to beg Robby in to running off to a beach or island somewhere and getting married with no one there! Probably won't work but that's where I'm at now and see myself staying for the next 7 months. I just want to run away and get married. None of this "planning" stuff. I'll let you know if I'm able to convince him to do that ;)
