Or as some of my coworkers renamed them - Badger Balls!! Such an easy recipe, but a HUGE hit!! I have been wanting to make these for awhile now and had the chance to bring desert for a girls dinner last week. Of course I knew this was when I would get the chance to play around with this recipe and see how it turned out. If I knew the response I was going to get, I would have made a ton more to share!! The recipe made probably 50 or so, depending on how big or small you made them. I only needed 6 at the most, 2 of each flavor chocolate, to take to my dinner. But it worked out perfect because we threw a shower for my friend and coworker on Thursday so I was able to bring some in for her too. And I gave some to Robby to take to work and we gave the final 6 to his mom, dad and grandpa. This easy recipe will be used again! It was kind of messy and took some time but was well worth it! Next time I will try to be a bit cleaner and nicer looking with the final product. This was a test run!

Recipe
- 1 package regular size Oreo cookies, crushed - 8 crushed and put to the side, remaining oreos used for the balls
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 package white almond bark- I just used white and dark chocolate chips
Directions:
-
Using a blender or hand held mixer, mix Oreos and cream cheese together. - It kept sticking to my blender/hand mixer so I just mixed it by hand. That took forever and hurt my arms but it got there eventually
-
Roll into walnut size balls.
-
Chill for an hour. - I didn't let it chill for an hour, maybe 20 minutes
-
Melt approximately 3/4 package of white almond bark.
-
Stick a toothpick in an Oreo ball and dip it in the melted white almond bark. - yeah I should have used a toothpick but I just used forks
-
Allow to harden on wax paper.
-
Takes about 15 min.
-
while you are allowing them to harden, sprinkle with the oreo crumbs you set aside in the beginning
Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day!!
