Maybe its a little early to be calling it, but I believe Fall is here! Some storms rolled in last week which brought some cooler weather in this weekend. Granted, it did warm up pretty nicely today while we were out, but it was still nice. We had a very busy day, woke up early and enjoyed our free breakfast at Chik Fi La in Marietta and then watched the East Cobb Parade for about an hour. In the 20+ years that I have lived here, I never really knew about this annual parade, nor have I ever been. (but I guess if I never knew about it, how could I have gone). Anyways, it was fun. Nothing to exciting but can't wait to take our kids to stuff like that one day. We saw both of our High School bands play and some funny costumes. Below are a few pictures.

Guess I knew early on I was destined to be a Tiger fan. My elementary school mascot - Tritt Tigers. War Eagle!!
We walked around and went in a few shops to let the traffic die down. We went to the new Whole Foods for the first time and had a blast! Tons of little samples, beer tasting, gelato, and air conditioning! It was time to head home for a quick minute to let the dogs out and cool off. Then we went to the Taste of Kennesaw. That was a lot of fun. Saw some interesting characters and watched a few dance crews perform while we grabbed a couple of free items. As if we need more plastic cups in our house!! But it was fun to get out and walk around. It was getting really hot so we headed home to watch football, Go Auburn!!, and finish the rest of our weekend!
Enjoy these cute photos we took this morning of the pups
