Soap Creek Ruins

One thing that Robby and I love to do together is find new places to hike, explore and spend quality time with each other. There is a place in Marietta called Soap Creek. It has some great trails and some old ruins. We explored one set of ruins last year but Robby found even more back in the trails when we was running one day. He took me over there last weekend to see and I got some pictures. It's such a cool area. I really wish I could look up online what it was used for, what it looked like before and what was going on back during that time it was in use. We love history and this was a fun little trip on a Saturday. I have lived in Marietta for over 20 years now and never knew this existed. Its crazy how much you can find and learn when you just get out and explore places. Plus, its great exercise!
